CRIME VICTIMS' RIGHTS ENFORCEMENT PROJECT To advance victims' rights nationwide by ensuring that victims have meaningful civil rights, and the ability to exercise those rights in federal trial and appellate courts. To fill a gap in the criminal justice system by providing free legal representation to victims of crime in the Fourth Circuit. To assist victims, prosecutors, victim advocates, investigative agencies, judges and all other participants in the federal criminal justice system as a criminal case is being investigated and prosecuted.
