Available Continuing Education Credits:
1) Victim Service Provider (VSP):
Virtual Week: You may earn up to 13.5 regular hours (or 15 basic core hours), depending on your attendance.
All new South Carolina advocates will have the ability to meet their 15-hour basic core requirement during VIRTUAL WEEK ONLY.
In-Person Days: You may earn up to 12 regular hours, depending on your attendance.
2) Continuing Law Enforcement Education (CLEE): Up to 25.5 hours for entire conference (virtual and in-person).
3) Social Work Continuing Education: TBD

Conference Registration Refund Policy:
If you notify SCVAN on or before March 31, 2023 by 5:00pm that you are unable to attend, you will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds available after the end of business day on March 31, 2023. SCVAN encourages substitutions, if another individual within your organization would like to assume your registration, please modify your registration no later than April 14, 2023.
Hotel Location and Rate:
The Doubletree by Hilton Conference Hotel in Columbia, SC will have rooms available for $119 per night (plus approximately 13.14% taxes). A link to reserve your room will be provided in your registration email.
Virtual Week:
All virtual attendees will access Zoom webinar links through our Virtual Attendee Hub (VAH). See the “access virtual week here” button above.
*Additionally, all new South Carolina advocates will have the ability to meet their 15-hour basic core requirement during VIRTUAL WEEK.
In-Person Days:
The in-person portion of the conference will take place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Columbia, SC. We will have our mobile app available for the in-person portion of the conference, which will provide you with all the information necessary to get the most out of your VRW conference experience! Instructions will be available one week prior.

Crime Victim Scholarship Application:
The crime victim scholarship application is currently closed for 2023.
General Conference Registration:
Conference registrants must be employed by an agency that serves crime victims (system-based or non-profit), have a current SC Victim Service Provider (VSP) number issued through the SC Office of the Attorney General, and/or be a crime victim attending the conference on an awarded SCVAN scholarship.
