FUNDING ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES

•  A victim of a violent crime who suffered physical, psychological, or financial harm in the last three months (90 days)

• Crime had to have taken place in the jurisdiction of the state of SC

• Victims under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian cooperating with the service provider during the application process
