2026 VRW Scholarship Recipient Text Messaging Privacy Policy & Terms
Purpose of This Service
This text messaging service is provided solely to scholarship recipients attending the 2026 Victims’ Rights Conference (“you”). It exists only to support your attendance, including conference updates, schedule changes, reminders, and essential logistics communication, and will end when the conference concludes.

To deliver this service, we collect the following information:
Your mobile phone number
Your name (only if you choose to provide it)
Messages sent and received between you and conference staff
Message metadata (e.g., time, date, and delivery status)

Time-sensitive information that may affect your conference participation

By Participating You Agree To:
