You are receiving this message because you submitted a scholarship application to attend the 2026 Victims’ Rights Week Conference, taking place March 11–13, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina.

We are pleased to inform you that your scholarship application has been approved for attendance at the upcoming conference.

Lodging Information (If Applicable)
If you requested lodging on your application, hotel accommodations will be awarded for one of the following timeframes, based on availability and the information you provided:
1. Arrival Tuesday, March 10, 2026 | Departure Friday, March 13, 2026
2. Arrival Wednesday, March 11, 2026 | Departure Friday, March 13, 2026
Due to a record number of scholarship applications, we are unable to accommodate any additional nights or other options.

Individual scholarship award details, including lodging assignments, will be sent out mid–to–late February. Thank you for your patience.

Two Actions Required

1. Please reply to the text with your full name and indicate either A or B of the
following:

•  A – I accept this scholarship award and will attend the 2026 Victims’ Rights Week Conference

• B – I must decline this scholarship award and will not be able to attend this year

2. We have partnered with Sew and Heal to create keepsake pillows. Each household can receive one keepsake pillow. If you would like to receive a pillow, please complete the form below by February 10, 2026. Pillows will be completed and distributed at the conference.
